Job Description:
True Asset consultancy, a leading real estate company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Manager to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales,
excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
