Gurgaon Property Expo June and July 2026
Buying a home in Gurgaon this year. There are a few property expos on this summer, worth knowing the basics before picking one.
- Not one single event, several real estate firms are each running their own expo
- Spread across June and July 2026, on different weekends
- Different venues too, so check the listing before you travel
What These Expos Actually Are
Basically, a property expo puts a bunch of developers under one roof.
- Walk in and look at models on display
- Talk directly to the sales team for each project
- Compare pricing across projects without driving site to site
- Entry is free at nearly all of these
- A few also offer a one-on-one advisory session to help narrow down options based on your budget
White Collar Realty is running one of the bigger series. Their expo time falls on 20-21 June, 27-28 June, 4-5 July, 11-12 July, and 18-19 July 2026. MS Realtors India is running a separate set of weekend expos through the same period, mostly at their office in Sector 48, Sohna Road.
- Free entry at almost all these expos
- Several weekends, not just one individual event
- Plans displayed from Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Road, SPR, New Gurgaon, and Sohna Road
- Some expos offer a free 1:1 advisory session with a shortlist prepared in advance

Which Developers Show Up
You will see a blend of big and mid-size labels at most of these expos. DLF, M3M, Godrej Properties, Emaar India, Signature Global, Tata Housing, Sobha, Adani Realty, Smart World, and Elan are amongst the developers recorded across these events. Some expos also list marked residences like Trump Towers Delhi NCR and Tonino Lamborghini Residences, aimed at the very prime end of the marketplace.
Projects on display usually span a wide price range too, from 2 BHK flats starting around Rs 62 lakh to luxury villas and branded residences running into several crores. A few expos also list commercial retail space and DDJAY plots for those looking at smaller ticket investments.
A Word of Caution
A lot of these expo checklists use language, phrases like “last chance,” “Q2 closes soon,” or “prices go up after this weekend.” Read that with a bit of caution. Property prices do not usually change overnight just because a quarter ends. This kind of urgency messaging is common at sales events, and it is meant to get you to decide faster than you might otherwise want to.
At True Asset Consultancy, we tell buyers the same thing every expo season. Take the shortlist, compare it against actual market rates for that sector, and do not sign anything on the same day just because a discount is “only valid today.” A good project will still be a good project next week.
